MHAFB is generally used as a training facility for the Air Force, specifically for training regarding attacking ground targets using Fighter/Attack type planes.

Mountain Home is a dump of a town and trust me, anyone training there is going to be pretty

Alright so seeing how I am in Idaho and have some decent understanding of MHAFB, lets clear up some facts;

We are not building Qatar an AFB in the US, MHAFB will have facilities built there that Qatari pilots and crews can work and train and live at for the F-15 that they bought from us, we have

but to say we haven't had a relationship with Qatar for decades is lying. If you want to argue the US should not be doing business within the middle east, I hear you, but saying that we are giving them an AFB on US soil, is factually and completely wrong.

The base is active Air Force Base, it is owned and operated by the USAF, that doesn't change, this is building facilities at the base for the Qatari Air Force pilots and crew to live and work at, all the operations would go through the USAF. I am not arguing about relationships in the middle east
