I love painting miniatures and am making it everyone else’s problem

Solid progress on the standard drone for my scifi setting. I made a naked version so I could layer the armor and more easily make variants. I'm going to make the faction shoulder pads and heads before I get to posing.
Thank you, I wanted to make the design simple enough that when I add faction based variations you still get the idea that they all came from the same civilization.
So, I'm putting the Bronze age fantasy on hold until I kitbash my concept models, but I've got more of an idea of what I want to make for my scifi setting. I'm designing the basic drone that will be used for my tabletop game as well as the protagonist of my first video game!

I honestly feel spoiled after playing it because the rules are so quick to learn compared to everything else
Made some great progress on my ghar, about halfway done since the contrast paint did a lot more work than I was expecting.
I was thinking the same, that new starter set looks amazing!
I only need to paint 12 more models to reach my painting goal for the year, so I decided to finish a project I have been putting off for nearly 5 years! I am painting my entire Ghar army for Beyond the Gates of Antares!

I recommend oathmark, the minis are inexpensive and look great plus the rules scale really well for any size game!
That’s awesome I’ve played a demo and it’s as good as everyone says!
These look so good, I wonder if they’ll do trench ghosts next.
Right! There’s been so many absolutely amazing games as of late!
I was not happy with either of these but here’s my super mutants and deathclaw from the fallout wasteland warfare starter set.

I've already redesigned the armor for my Orcs three times, so I decided to work on the weapons until I feel confident enough to touch up the main models.
Finally painted my kitbashed Battleclade for warhammer Kill team. You’ll know when you’ve been in a hobby long enough when you can build an 80$ dollar set out of spare parts and abandoned projects. ##tabletop #paintingwarhammer #miniaturepainting
My NCR for Fallout Wasteland Warfare! I did not realize how much different painting a realistic scale model is compared to heroic scale. Since the NCR in New Vegas are just brown and khaki I decided to paint mine in green to look more like the original combat armor.

Not the best photos but here’s todays #wip shots!
Made some progress touching up the model and I'm getting started on the various armor sets. This is a bit too heavy looking for the aesthetic I'm going for but I'll set it aside for now and come back when I've done some design research.

Todays #wip shots, my NCR are coming along nice and so are my Heretek Battleclade! I may have used too much rust effect but it will look great later, for the NCR I mixed the new vegas colors with the green of the combat armor sprite from the first two games.

Blender progress on the orcs for my setting in the bronze age! They're called the Orishkar, sea raiders born of demonic blood they maraud small hamlets claiming treasures and sacrifices for their dark masters. Capable of breathing on land and underwater they strike terror into fisherman everywhere.
It’s only good for skirmish groups that you never plan on expanding, I have no idea how to paint anything that I did in the past 🤣
Finished my Primal Raiders! Red Nebular has some great designs so I highly recommend them to anyone who likes that chunky style of miniature. I’m planning on using these for fallout factions but I need to get them on the right sized bases.

I commissioned some sketches to help with the design for my game months ago and I never got around to making the models, I won't give too many details yet but I'm going to make them for various time periods in my setting.

Got the second base layer on and now we get an all over shade of strong tone, need to let them dry then I can bring the colors back up.
