#UKteenchat It was always my favourite era: not just for the fabulous aesthetic of it, but for the sheer energy that permeated that time. The beginnings of women's suffrage movement, the stirrings of social conscience that finally began to address the plight of domestic workers, the science!

Was watching some foreign tv series on Netflix recently and at first I was shown the English-audio version.
I was thinking, WTF is this awful dubbing, and just switched to original audio
But then I googled it and it’s AI! Explains the soulless quality of the audio tbh, but how disgusting!

I’m so dispirited by the number of „authors” in private FB groups, who regularly discuss using AI to write/edit/illustrate books. Then debate whether it should even be required to inform the readers.
So there’s no doubt: Binding the Cuckoo is written & illustrated by myself
