In Stardew Valley you can get a special event in Floor 100 of the Skull Cavern where Mr. Qi will congratulate you on reaching that far down and reward you with Iridium Snake Milk, which permanently increases the player's HP by 25. However, when you drink it, you take -5 Energy as a penalty.

I'm a fair DM when I set up campaigns. Not only do I make death saves scary and rewrite crunchy encumbrance rules but I also allow my Players to use Divine Smite with a bite attack.

Okay look I'm sorry but if you make a Mimikyu gijinka and you just make their head the dummy head portion, that's just so boring and a shortcut that takes away from any other creative ideas to keep on theme.
