I think cutting civil servants (allowing the private sector in to run the country) and cutting net zero (paying for the higher fossil fuels costs in the future) will probably cost 90 billion. I also think the cuts will be argued as a guarantee of getting tax cuts. Liz Truss without Liz Truss etc.

In this specific example Freedom of Speech has not been prevented. All that has happened is someone who made a statement has been challenged about its truthfulness. Actions have consequences - including the action of Freedom of Speech.
