Micro thought: Good architecture doesn’t try to impress you. It steadies you. A room built with intention changes the way you breathe, the way you speak, the way you take in the world around you. Like nature naturally does. #Alpines

The best meals aren’t the most elaborate—they’re the ones with clarity. A chef who understands restraint can express more through a single course than others do in an entire tasting menu. It’s the same with people: the ones who know what to leave out are always the most compelling. #Perse

Transitioning from skinny jeans to straight legs. Something I thought I would never do as a "fit chick". Said no Quadzilla ever 🤭!! Well, I'm starting off easy. Today I purchased my first pair of straight legs.

There’s an honesty in that landscape that doesn’t allow for pretense. People move differently there—slower, more grounded, aware of the weather before the clock. This place isn’t about luxury; it’s about the kind of silence that only experience understands. #JAC

Frankenstein (2025)—🥰 Bravo! Sci-fi, Horror, Period Piece, Creature Feature, and the talented Mia Goth.

Memories of cold mornings and warmer nights. I look forward to this winter seasons. From the Alpines to the villas.

Riding teaches a useful truth: if you overmanage the moment, you lose the rhythm. Most things work better with a lighter hand. #Equestrian

There’s a certain kind of person who teaches you that whisky isn’t meant to be rushed. A small pour, a little water, and suddenly the evening has a different tempo.

Winter travel has its own etiquette: early departures, unspoken dress codes, the shared understanding that the day begins long before the sun.

A good book doesn’t change you; it calibrates you. The right line can tighten your sense of direction more than advice ever will.

Micro Thought: Winter polo has a different temperament than the summer fields. The cold sharpens everything—the pace, the timing, the focus of both rider and horse.

Soft power is rarely aesthetic. It’s the quiet clarity of someone who doesn’t need the room to validate them.

There’s a certain calm that settles over there before the lifts open. The kind of quiet where you can hear your thoughts arrange themselves. Wealth isn’t loud there; it’s the soft order of routines, the choice of where you spend your early mornings, the subtle intelligence in how people move.#Aspen

Micro Thought: A fast world exposes who’s centered. Culture becomes visible in the way one holds their timing.

The Engadin Valley has a quiet confidence of its own. The light is sharper, the silence more deliberate, the people slightly more attuned to rhythm than rush. St. Moritz isn’t about spectacle—it’s about knowing how to move in a place where everyone is already grounded in their own pace.

I often get the "You still look good." comments — with a sprinkle of ageism 😆

I think Americans missed the intent of politics by bypassing their local governance.

I'd like to think working within your city/state would provide a better advantage vs being vocal about national elections.

Baord of Edumaction sucks and local jobs are outsourced based on discrimination.

Random thought: The topic of physical transition into womanhood after already being a woman is taboo. I'm happy to be part of a generation where women are deciding to put themselves first.

I'm discovery what seems to be the second phase of self-care.

Ive learned to appreciate my efforts of my past. Health is really important. I do mean beyond vanity — that's secondary. Primary is feeling good.

What I've learned this year: Many people base their convictions of others by how they view themselves.

por ejemplo
I am moving to Colombia.
Other: I hope you find what you are looking for through your journey of self-discovery.

Meanwhile, I just love to travel—it's the 3rd country I lived. 🫠

Random thought: The em dash makes writing so much better. It helps me articulate myself comfortably. I don't have to worry if Im using the correct punctuation mark or not. However, it has helped me better understand the placement of punctuations marks 🤭. I also find it — elegant
