It's been one year since Furtannia was published.
The UK furry fandom means a lot to me, and I'm grateful to everyone who picked up a copy and showed their support, including those who were inspired to study the fandom further.

Aspired to make a video game for a Nintendo console. Then at A-levels there was an extra curricular project and one of the teachers said "a student made a hand for his project" so that's what I did.
Spent a year making a scrolling shooter based on my favourite webcomic.

Now I remember how annoying the physics was in this game. You could drive off a ramp at full speed, but because you were 0.01° to the right your car would flip upon landing.
Then if you were in your Tuk Tuk and a taxi drove into you at 20 MPH, you'd go spinning out of control.

Oh look, it's a game I'm nostalgic for! Back in the early playstation era where AA games would be made by AAA companies. In this case, the developers of the Driver games had the idea "Hey, let's take our vehicle physics engine and make a game about being a stunt driver for movies".

I'm reminded of how Microsoft 3D Pinball was such a popular built in game for Windows that people didn't know it was just a demo for Full Tilt! Pinball.
Can't find any evidence of how well it sold (there was a sequel at least) but it definitely paled in comparison to 3D Pinball on Windows XP.

The Smiling Friends Halloween episode is so much better on the big screen.
Also saw two episodes of the Ha Ha You Clowns series. Can't get past the art style but they made wholesome funny.
Last thing they showed was a really good animated short called Double or Nothing.
