This shit right here? This is why Canada Post is so important. Because third party companies will nickel and dime you to death. What happens if I can't be there for the drop offs? Am I gonna get billed an extra fee for that? I didn't ask for a signature on this. It's in country. I paid already ffs

So UPS now charges a fucking fee to change a delivery to pickup? It goes to the depot anyway. They're the one's deciding to try delivering something that requires a signature during business hours, they didn't ask me when I'd be home. They want to charge me 6 bucks so they can do less work.
