An extra-large illuminated mural brings light and colour to the entrance of a pedestrian underpass. In silhouette, a hooded individual with mismatching shoes holds the stainless-steel railing as they descend some steps to the entrance to the tunnel. The 51-metre long artwork outside the Reading railway station is full of references to the people and landmarks of the town (notably in this section is an interpretation of Banksy's "Create Escape" from the wall of Reading Prison). An oddly impressive patchwork of paving and manhole covers. Redbrick paving in a horizontal pattern, with yellow brick and yellow tactile paving slabs cutting in at a 12˚ angle.
