Whenever I need to celebrate, I just go to my favorite steakhouse. Sit at the bar, get a nice bottle of wine and drop $200 on a dinner and shoot the breeze with the bartender. Not ALL the time, but once in a while is great. Sometimes they'll hook you up being a regular too
