I live in Dublin and it seems about right

(Immigration is not pushing up price of housing) Ireland always has pushed house prices up regardless of economy also price is starting range most sell for over asking

And not sure about the US but if something goes wrong in private hospital in the UK the patient gets rushed to NHS.

I think Ireland and the HSE are same if something goes wrong in private hospital here
