I completed the #RunDisney Chills and Thrills Challenge with @hillingsama.bsky.social @eviefire.bsky.social @courtofcosplays.bsky.social and others last weekend! We ran in #TwistedWonderland / #Twst cosplays and went to Disneyland and CA Adventure to celebrate 🎃

This is my official time from running my first half marathon yesterday at the #RnRSanDiego event! I did the Jeff Galloway walk-jog method and walked up steep hills to keep myself injury-free because my longest training run was only 6.5 miles 😅 I'll be fully prepped for the RunDisney 🎃 Half!

Thanks to the walk-jog Galloway Method (and walking up Hillcrest Hills 😉) I finished my 1st half marathon despite only having training runs up to 6.5 miles! I almost gave up on the SD Rock 'n' Roll Half because DOGE laid me off in January, but I'm so glad I persisted! Next: the RunDisney 🎃 Half!

I'm deeply disturbed by RFK Jr saying that US medical researchers should publish in "state-run" journals. Before I was laid off by DOGE, my job was a combo of Asta in #HonkaiStarRail and Alhaitham in #GenshinImpact, and I used to teach like Crewel in #twst. I managed research studies at a hospital.
