Best system I've seen was sleeves with Braille holes punched in the front. Could go more modern with phone/camera based reader and a pair of Trekz. Arena could provide assistive audio.

Either way, there's precedent for assistive devices or support staff in tournament settings.

I think Cease//Desist might be the most underplayed card in standard right now. Both its floor and ceiling are very high.
