I feel this completely, i've been depressed in addition to everything going on so it's just all a lot. trying not to let my job make me numb to what's going on since I know that's exactly what they want- for me to be too tired from work to stay informed, etc.

my job is finally putting safety protocols into place for our teens impacted by 🧊 .... thank god because it's way too fucking scary out here to penalize teens for not showing up due to safety concerns

ICE spotted and verified all over Uptown, Edgewater, Lincoln Square and Ravenswood today. Be safe and let everyone know. AND FUCK ICE!

The Rapid Response Network verified the presence of 2 federal agents who detained one person at Magnolia and Leland. Agents were in a black Chevy.

ICE Detention at 5445 Sheridan on 10/10 at 9:25 am
The Rapid Response Network verified the presence of three federal agents at
5445 Sheridan, between Catalpa and Balmoral. One person was detained while working on landscaping. Agents were driving a black Jeep Wagoneer.

Elementary on 10/10 ~ 9:40am
The Rapid Response Network verified the presence of federal agents around the school (on Paulina just south of Montrose). There was an unsuccessful attempt to detain one individual.

More and more people are getting kidnapped in Chicago everyday. Spaces are getting emptier by the second. People are scared to leave their house. The man who was shot & killed by ICE in Franklin Park was down the street from where my mom works. They’re going to schools. They want to go to our clubs.
