actually scratch that it's your traditional chart ruler LMAO scorpio rising is ruled by either mars (traditional) or pluto (modern) so. either mars in libra or pluto in scorpio is your chart ruler depending on who looks for what. i typically go for traditional but yeah :] hope that helps

and aries moons are SUCH a ki like you can always expect them to be brutally honest with themselves/others, but the libra mars does make you a bit indecisive (i have it too)- i don't see it as too big of an influence tho because of the other fire placements

i'm obsessed .... leo sun, aries moon, and scorpio rising has such a bold yet controlled image- unapologetically yourself but not letting anything be seen that you don't want, especially with that virgo mercury it's very much i'm letting you see exactly what i want you to see and nothing more tease

hawke explained it way better than i could but mercury (communication) + venus (romance) are both in pisces- and mercury is gearing up for retrograde in a few weeks. we're about to be in the pre-retrograde shadow literally tomorrow so that might be it
