Tories & Reform voted against better working conditions, including extending sick pay for 1.3M of the lowest earners.

Labour’s Employment Rights Bill will:

✅ End zero-hours & fire-and-rehire
✅ Day-one rights for paternity, parental and bereavement leave
✅ Strengthening statutory sick pay
