Wild how quickly some Republicans forgot their January 6th stance. 'The Last Republican' documents my last term in Congress & what really happened. I'm hopeful we'll find our way back from this insanity. Stream on Apple TV, YouTube, Amazon & Google Play.

Fetterman is a flip flopper, no need to mention President Biden.. He seems to forget that despite the best efforts of Pres. Biden he could not get congress to pass a viable, enforceable and coherent border bill to deal with some of these issues...
Trump sabotaged that promising effort...

While I agree with this specific sentiment Fetterman can go fuck himself. He’s been as useless as tits on a hog.

He’s blaming Biden for something prior?

He clearly didn’t care when the lady was murdered.

No wonder @fetterman.senate.gov doesn’t post here anymore

He’s a delusional, Trump supporting coward

I’ve read a bunch of stuff but one of the most clear headed pieces was the MN StarTrib sports column by Jim Souhan and the part that sticks with me is just a half sentence in the middle alluding to the obligation of pro sports team owners to the safety of their workers (think arena cleaning staff).

The moment a government convinces the public that some people are “enemies,” democracy is already in danger. I wrote about this urgent shift in TIME today.
The Danger of Turning Americans into Enemies
In Minnesota, "Trump has redefined dissent not as a civic act, but as an enemy force," writes Andrew Weinstein.

Not talking about politics
Just talking about behavior.

When someone can’t be questioned, criticized, or held accountable, that’s not leadership.

What do we call it?

Instead of arguing facts, let people sit with the tension of their contradicting beliefs. This is how free thinking returns.

To be clear: I DEEPLY love Murder, She Wrote. And some murderers just have the bad luck of killing when Jessica’s around. But WHY do some people keep planning murders at events they know she’ll be at?? Like, why would you kill someone at the Inaugural Jessica Fletcher Charity Golf Tournament?

I‘m assuming that everyone knows about the firearms training shop a few blocks from where Alex Pretti was murdered? Could he have come from a firearms class to grab a donut? Was he waiting at the bus stop? In addition, he lived around a mile away from there. I could be wrong…
