Sometimes the little annoyances like that build up... That and the slides. I got so mad when I broke one jam only for another that I couldn't break to be right behind it. Nothing serious but just obnoxious. 😑

But fuck it I was still mad, some of those things were like 6-7ft long, the fuck do I put those. And those in particular will keep shutting off the belt because they're so long the sensors think there's a block

I was about to start yelling at the moron the next belt over who kept letting them go by and made more work for me. Only reason I didn't is cuz I figured they might've gotten confused by the white labels instead of our usual color...

Even looking at it logically it would make no sense. If only one of us was on the tower it'd be unmanned if that person left. And stacking all those ics was not a fast job. Ngl I started tossing some of them on the floor, ain't no more room on the belt and they're annoying to stack.

Like today when I asked if he wanted me to switch locations and he told me I could go after clocking in... I'd been working for around an hour and a half, which he knew because he called me by name to go help a different section while I was working...

For all the fuss they made about clocking in at the correct time my start time seems to be based on vibes most days. And whether or not my manager remembers to tell me lol

Regardless, it's one of the most important relationships in the show by the end... Honestly thought it was crazy just how far Ai went because of him. The whole show did have a recurring theme of "how much would you sacrifice for the person you love" going on.

I always kind of wondered if Playmaker was capable of going just as far as Ai in the right circumstances. Idk...

So it's difficult to describe their relationship. I guess you can only really say that they loved each other, and it ended up destroying them both.

Ai seeing no future where he and Yuusaku can live together and choosing dying at the hands of his partner, and Yuusaku who had to deal the killing blow to a loved one yet again and choosing to withdraw from the world out of a desire to see Ai again... Those are some really intense feelings.

It's also pretty heartbreaking that after everything, from nearly getting erased by his creator, getting his body ripped apart by Revolver in ep 1, to seeing all the other Ignis die and leaving him the only remaining sapient AI, the thing that finally broke him was watching Yuusaku die.

And it's kinda hard to think of anything else when seeing his humanoid design than that he based his appearance on all the humans he got to know. Since he has a very arrogant personality, it was oddly... sweet of him lol

When we see Ai running the simulations in the flashback, he had already taken on a human appearance. He hadn't planned anything at the time, why did he change appearances? I can only think he wanted to experience what being human was like. For himself, and his human partner.

Not saying the other characters don't care about him because they're basically all willing to go to bat for him, but it's not really the same as being someone's first choice, is it? So I thought the implication at the end was that Ai was the one who filled that role.

I read this in a fan comic and it was something I had considered myself. At the end, it shows all the characters with their loved ones. The way they explained it was, "everyone else has someone devoted just to them, but not to you." I was surprised because I'd thought something similar.
