Keeping in mind that Japan is their "No Limited" region now, it seems a bit unlikely, but that makes no Limited at Philly (assuming that is the case and it's not a 3-format Worlds) hurt worse.

If you seriously want to play at these big events, you should be itching to throw yourself against the strongest of players in the area, and this ruling should upset you
