Bad policies create bad consequences, Austin housing market starting to crash. Who knew that laid off tech people will move out of places they can't afford. We were there and we couldn't buy a house. Now it's doable but you couldnt pay me to move back there.

1/3 in my early days, i had this interview for a lead 3d modeler for a mobile game. we talked and they art tested me for a time limit of 3 hours. of course i did it and they were impressed but i dont like how i was under so much pressure. they said that is usually the pace they create assets.

The one thing I love about learning blueprints is really figuring out the logic but there's a lot of memorization of nodes and what they are capable of. The one trade off thi is that I'm doing much much less art, which I guess is ok since I have a good grasp of it anyways.
