You'd be surprised how often just reaching out, saying I'm interested, asking for a price sheet and terms of service, and asking when they might be open for commissions works for me >w>

Probably as soon as worldwide shipping is financially viable for them! They have a distributor partnership that lets them ship to Australia, but I dont believe they have a partnership in the EU yet.
They're an American company so they'd be hit hard with tarrifs.
