I wonder if America has ever been so full of people who feel like they have nothing to lose, indifferent to the prospect of life or death, starved for the meaning and attention martyrdom might afford.

The finger pointing is well underway for Dems but the fundamental problem is that those fingers can only point to other fingers. Harris would have lost w/ Bernie’s politics and Biden’s identity.
