PS2 emulation on Series X is solid. If you want it in your living room or want a clean room-esque environment to run it on for a stream, It's worth doing if you already have a Series X. I would not purchase a Series X to do this.

I actually hit the point of complete muscle fatigue after over a week of moving of packing, throwing away, moving, and cleaning shit. I have the energy level to do stuff but after the day with the washer, dryer, and 237lb CRT I'm actually completely spent now. So I'm done trying.
