I really like the advice in this article. Many of us city dwellers and suburbanites struggle with this exact problem. I think 1 & 3 are my favorite.

Cold immersion (plunging) is so interesting to me. I hate the idea of it. It sounds horrible, but if studies like this continue to show these benefits I may finally have to jump on board.
I know this is a small sample, but it leads to the need for more studies.

Endurance athletes, when programming your strength session make sure you’re including work in the frontal plane (side to side).

We do a lot of forward motion in our training, and often neglect this movement. It will help with balance, and core strength, but most importantly general life!!
