Tuesday 3 PM ET Tornado Watch is in effect for parts of Kansas and Missouri – including Kansas City – until 8PM CT! Gusts to 70mph and a couple of tornadoes are possible in the next few hours.
 
Flash Flood Emergency is happening now in Wichita
Did you think spring was cool? Think again… Several sites like Houston & Raleigh had their warmest spring on record (March, April, May), several more had their top 5 warmest. None had coolest or top 5 coolest. These are based on sites with at least 70 years of data (most have more than a century).
8 reported tornadoes, one south of Atlanta has actor Tray Chaney’s son in the ICU. Atlanta back in the threat today and it goes through parts of GA, AL, SC, NC, VA & MD THIS AFTERNOON! Please watch if you live in these states.

the last 30 days alone, less than 5% of normal rainfall has fallen across much of southern Texas.

By Thursday night 10-15” of rain could fall for some.
Dallas should get its 1st 90 of the season tomorrow, about a month ahead of average. Other daily record highs possible all the way up to Seattle.

Subzero wind chills possible all the way into north Texas for the midweek!

Northern plains has that chill that can cause frostbite to exposed skin in as little as 5-10 minutes!
