I finally finished it! This is a Victorian Fascinator with Mingardese Edging (1895). I had to reverse engineer the edging, They stopped making Mingardese braid. The pattern is available on my Ravelry and Etsy! #crochet

The picture shows a Victorian shawl done in a shell stitch with a fancy, lacy edging. The colors start from pale green in the upper center of the shawl that slowly turns into a dark green, dark blue, burgundy, and finally black. The shawl shape almost looks like wings.
