This is but one reason our video doorbell is local storage only
Rumors have swirled that Amazon-owned Ring, which has sold tens of millions of smart cameras and video doorbells, has been providing ICE agents with access to user data. We contacted Ring for clarification, and Wirecutter independently investigated the concerns ourselves.
Ring Denies Rumors That Its Footage Is Used by ICE. Here’s What to Know.
Influencers are saying that Ring cameras are accessible to federal law enforcement and urging owners to turn off or destroy them. The truth is more complicated.

I think when I'm in Chicago next month I'm going "work from home" one day and just have contractors in for bids

Every day, I start out frustrated because of parents who simply cannot navigate the "stop and drop" lane at my daughter's school.

It's not "stop, get out, check all your kids, give a pitiful wave of apology after you've backed up the line for 5 minutes"

Stop. Drop. Go. Simple!

One time at my company, someone left the layoff list on the printer. A DBA found it and started alerting everyone on the list.

That's but one of the weird layoff stories I have.
Amazon exec accidentally sends layoff email a day early. Now people know there are layoffs but now need to wait until the official date to know if they were affected.

How stressful.

Amazon sent a notice out to staffers in an apparent error acknowledging "organizational changes" at the company.

Breaking News: Spain issued a decree allowing hundreds of thousands of undocumented migrants to apply for legal residency. The measure is bucking a trend, as many Western governments have cracked down on illegal immigration.

Packed up all the unopened dog food for donation, and I also have a pup car seat that I'm going to put out for porch pickup.

This process sucks, but at least some other dogs will benefit.
