Today's Christmas film was Spirited (2022). I'd forgotten how good it was.
The tonight we watched, not a Christmas film I know, Kiss of the Spider Woman (2025). I thoroughly enjoyed it. Diejo Luna playing a completely different part from that in Andor. I liked J Lo too. Missus was less impressed.

1st of December so I can now start watching Xmas films. Today I watched Tokyo Godfathers (2003) and The Grinch (1966). I think this year I'd quite like to try and do one a day. Plus we've got to fit in The Box of Delights, haven't we @brown-abner.bsky.social

Me n my missus went for a walk with the dogs today around Delamere Forest. Absolutely stunning. It's been over 20 years since I last went. I shouldn't have left it so long.

Went out for a walk today with the little dog. One of my favourite places to be. Not as nice as it used to be, as some 4x4's and motocross' have ripped up a lot of the paths. Saw a kestrel, crows, magpies, and pheasants today, but no deers. Walked for an hour before seeing another person.

Tonight's Theatre visit is to see #DeadRingers at #TheLowry. My son has come with me tonight, so I'm hoping there's plenty of impressions my 18yo will recognise.

Just done 3 night shifts. I hate working nights. Day wasted before first shift trying to get in some extra sleep. 2 days of poor broken sleep and feeling exhausted. Then another day wasted trying to get out of nights cycle, but CBA doing anything as too tired but wanting to be able to sleep tonight.

I signed this petition a few hours ago and it was at around 120,000 signatures. It's now just short of 350,000 signatures. I think Starmer has royally fucked up here with this stupid idea.

#DigitalID was not in the Labour manifesto. Nobody asked for it. I certainly don't trust any 3rd party organisation that no doubt will be subcontracted to fulfil it. Sign the petition and tell Starmer to shove it
