My human version of Bill Ciper, looking up into the light, his left eye streaming with tears that look like static, and his right eye dark purple and oozing liquid of the same color. His face is scarred from being shattered and he is wearing an orange jumpsuit that resembles prison attire. (What he wears in the Theraprism.) Complete with bow tie of course. Red liquid pours from his left hand while blue pours from his right, representing his parents. A color cipher is at the top of the screen that when decoded reads: Reign down and destroy me. (Quoting Implicit Demand for Proof by twenty one pilots.) Another cipher in Bill's Cipher is hidden on the sides of the screen and it reads: Why did you do it? The background is dark and gives the feeling of TV static.
