I don't think so sadly, I talked with a neighbor and he said they're trying to catch this cat with no luck for some time 😞. I did what I could but it's still sad 💔

Yeah, I checked back today and no sign, food untouched and unfortunately frozen. Either cat found shelter in a basement (my block sadly doesn't have any basement windows :[ ) or it died, I'm very upset I couldn't do more

I cried a lot because of it. I feel helpless. There aren't many strays in my area anymore, I know some feral colonies few streets away, but all are cared for by neighbors. There are a few ferals rarely seen nowadays, so it's concerning that an adult cat appeared from thin air

And the cat that's hiding is 100% feral. I saw flyers for a lost cat that's the same colors on a nearby garage in fall. It's sadly gone now and I didn't take a photo. There's a chance it's a domesticated cat that's just scared... Mine probably won't approach anyone if she ever ran away

I'm just one person without special equipment, I have a blanket and my own cat's carrier that won't really do with scared animal, I can't put my house cat in it sometimes because it takes too much time to zip it 😭. And the audacity to tell me that some animals have to be in the wild and are happier

YES and they're crying constantly on social media for help and they're not doing ANYTHING. I guess it doesn't matter what country, it's all bs. I don't know anyone that had a good experience with them in my city at least. They want animal captured and handled to them

I'll be trying to get its trust and sneak some food... But I'm not sure if a cat can survive these temperatures for long. There wasn't winter this cold in decades.

I think I met it already in the parking lot a few weeks ago, quickly ran to my apartment for some food but it left before I came back, I left the food and came back home.i'm still concerned but couldn't find it at all. Since it's near a parking lot I think it can just hide under recently parked cars

But I met a neighbor from the area that told me this cat spawned there recently and an old lady that's not living there anymore left an insulated doghouse for stray cats. They're trying to catch it without luck either, but the cat's meowing a lot, when you get too close it just runs away.

I wanted to lure it out with food, but as I went back home for a minute and got food and some blankets to possibly catch it....the cat was gone. I left food in the bushes and was searching for half an hour with no luck. I went back two times, no luck either.

It's not the first time I'm treated like this when I ask services to do their job and I lashed out that they're basically pointless. There are PSAs all over the media to act and save animals and people because the weather is lethal at this point. Leaving them overnight can just kill them.
