Hi! I'm Tiff Caza, a kidney pathologist and huge #NephJC fan. Loved this book and rooting for Henry throughout 🙂. No true COI, but was exposed to TB from an autopsy and am privileged to be able to have no problem affording prophylaxis.

I agree it may be a stage 0 MN. It's unusual to catch in a native biopsy and more commonly seen in allografts. As far as MLN, while we don't need full house or extraglomerular staining, would be good to have a solid dx of SLE if calling class V. Perhaps EXT staining along with PLA2R might help?
