Now that I’ve had a chance to dig into it a little bit - I’m a little disappointed in the Persona 3 Reload Switch 2 port. Lots of framerate issues just running around the school in the first couple hours. Wish I’d played the demo a *little* further to notice them sooner :/

It’s great to see the higher profile wins across the country, but closer to home, we finally ousted the most insufferable loudmouth bully alderman from the board, and that feels pretty good too

LRT: As a kid I got annoyed when shows did slow or melancholy moments like this. But I think part of me was also taking it in anyway, and the message landed in the end: it’s okay to have quiet, reflective moments. It’s okay to feel a little sad sometimes. It’s okay.

Speaking of the late, great Muppet performer Jerry Nelson, his performance here always floors me. And, again, these moments of genuine emotion were a regular feature of THE MUPPET SHOW. It wasn’t all wacky. It wasn’t all chaos. And that matters. Profoundly. That's why it still resonates.
