Very happy to have finished up the pattern for my Dreams Sampler! I love every aspect of it, from designing to stitching o writing the little manifestation essays I put in the patterns 😂.

I didn’t realize how important "I" statements were for the longest time, at least in the context of growing self love. They encourage self-responsibility. For example, meditating on “I am enough”, or “I am loved” helps to break down self imposed barriers. #crossstitch #iamenough #blackletter
