Heading to a friend's farm for her annual Harvest party later today.The Fall Harvest Salsa (includes pumpkin and apples) & the Fall leaf chips were from Trader Joe's. The other dip is new to me & is a maple syrup, cheddar, cream cheese, and bacon bowl of deliciousness.

Tonite I made a cheesy ham and hash brown casserole. With it we had green beans seasoned with Penzey's Herbes de Provence and some of the applesauce I made after apple picking the other day. Perfect for a Fall dinner.

Last night's dinner was simple but delicious. I lightly seasoned some salmon and air fried it. With it we had twice baked potatoes and Little GemCaesar Salads.

After apple picking today, tonight's dinner had a very Fall vibe. Apple cider glazed pork chops, sweet potatoes, and a white corn and green bean casserole. So delicious. Making an overnight Crock-Pot apple butter with some of our apples.
