Locked In Love: The Life Coach
Thread Edition

Alex just wanted guidance—but his new “life coach” had something much deeper in mind. Now he’s being teased, trained, and toyed with by two dommes who treat his obedience like foreplay.

I rarely use my art account to talk about politics, it’s just not the time nor the place.

But I can’t fathom how anyone is able to see what is happening in Minneapolis and not see how unjust and evil our government currently is.

Like it’s not just cruel. It’s not just unjust. It’s evil.

I just checked out Instagram for the first time in probably few years, and what the hell is that app now?

Stay safe everyone in the south.

And hopefully the Midwesterners can convince our bosses that we don’t have to come to work in a blizzard this time.

In between getting married, the holidays, and buying a home, I am still working on comics!

I just want to get to 3-4 pages before I start releasing LUST.

Buying a house is a very time intensive process.

I send my beautiful, intelligent, chaos agent wife to the store for milk. But she returned with 2%!? Divorce. Instant jail. Turbo jail. Coffee prison.

No good latte or cappuccino is born of 2% milk.

My next comic is about edging. It’ll be all build up and never a single pay off.

Recommendations for art applications that I use or have used for comics that avoid subs (and some are free):

1) Procreate
2) CSP (desktop has a lifetime purchase option)
3) Affinity
4) Inkscape (really just good for lettering, as it's more of an illustrator replacement)
5) Krita
6) GIMP

Granted, comics is a small industry, and my sample population definitely skews Fuck-The-Man in general. But artists, as a whole, aren't high-income. They pinch pennies. And Adobe is over here going "THAT'LL BE $500 A YEAR, ASSHOLE." when CSP regularly goes on sale for $125 for a perpetual license.

Plus CSP has its faults, but it is just a better program for illustration, because it is geared FOR illustration specifically rather than image editing generally

It was a 1-2 punch of "oh this is cheaper AND better" that lost adobe, i think? A pretty substantial market??

A lot of artists I work with regularly ditched Adobe for Clip Studio Paint and other art programs when Adobe began to deny them the ability to purchase Photoshop outright. In my creative circles, it went from the thing everyone uses to the one no one does in less than three years.

Final size of my recent production sample of “18+ Monster Women Vol.1” is H 17.5cm x W 13.5cm and I’m really happy how sharp the sketches look using this ancient printer :) hand cut and stapled. The production run will have a heavier cover. #indieartbook #artbook #erotica #monsterwomen
