1. Carry a plate with one finger at a time. ⁣

2. Swing stuff overhead like a cowboy with a lasso⁣

3. Halos with a club bell. It’s the heaviest 10# you’ve ever felt.

The more you improve the more your rehab should look and feel like fitness training. ⁣
