Oh totally! I remember the first and third way more than the second. And I really did like the concept of transference. It was just that initial rug pull shock that tainted my initial view of it. Marketing really just can make or break how you perceive movies.

For me it was more of the marketing and what we were promised with this new triology. Stand alone its good! But for a trilogy end cap, idk! But now that we are far removed from when it was released, it can be watched more objectively. Especially for people watching it for the first time.

Upsetting we were promised one thing and then completely changed it up at the end. Would rather have had it sll happen in that one night like we were promised. The 3rd had a wacky and kinda cool plot, but like it just didn't really fit.
