I don't think I have it dialed in yet but getting close, and really enjoying my cup so much, very delicious!

prepped Night Drive as a cold brew, and the tarty sweetness was unmatched ! love when a coffee tastes amazing both hot and iced 🥰

notes: 60g coffee, med-course grind, 600mL ice cold water, refrigerated 12hrs in Blue Bottle cold brew bottle
