Im still working on stutter, but that is a 1 time shader compilation thing, so yes its annoying and needs to be fixed, but it will also go away after you play for a little bit. Its very hard for me to test because i have already compiled all of the shaders so I rarely see stutter

I would like to see a video of this happening, and if you put cmd /k "command" into the steam launch option there will be a command prompt that outputs any errors the game encounters, and if you could send a screenshot of all of the errors you see when it happens

I wanted to do that, and it probably would have even been easier, but syncronizing powerups between players has a huge performance cost since there are so many powerups in the scene
