Never been a fan of goat anything other than the goats themselves which I find roguishly charming usually. Go meat, goat cheese, goat, milk. Yuck.

But if it gets more people off the daily beef “habit” I’m all for this. Now, if they come up with vegan goat salami, I think I’ll pass.

I love old containers made of metal. One of my favorite snacks “Che-Cri” cheese biscuits from Holland came in a metal box until sometime in the early 1990s. The biscuits are still great.

Camera is everywhere. All officers under your authority should be carrying a purpose built 1080/60 cam, as well as their required body cams. Uniform police monitoring these untrained but sworn thugs is a great idea.

I swore off beef during the pandemic and only relapse occasionally now, once every 6 to 8 weeks, a really really good medium, rare grilled steak. Environmentally, we would all be a lot better off if the beef industry shrunk to a small percentage of its size. Some people are offended by that idea 😤
