It’s years of masking, unmet needs, and contradictions your body can’t hold anymore.

It’s what happens when survival becomes your baseline.

You don’t “push through” burnout - you rebuild from it.

I remember seeing Johnny Saint Vs Quack in person yeeears ago when CHIKARA did tag world in Germany and thought he looked like an old man. Now nearly 20 years later and he looks younger somehow
