2 members of the WV Nat'l Guard were in critical condition after being shot near the White House Weds afternoon, in what the city’s mayor called a “targeted shooting.”

Officials say the shooter is in custody and appears to have acted alone. Trump & top aides were not on the WH grounds on Wednesday.

A California judge struck down DHS’ July policy forcing immigrants entering without inspection to stay detained while their cases continue. A class action was filed after 4 detainees were denied bond. Thousands are now eligible for release.

Norovirus (stomach flu) is extremely contagious and causes symptoms including nausea, belly pain, vomiting and diarrhea. Most people experience symptoms for one to three days.

I will remain hyper vigilant. But I'm wary of anything out of the CDC with RFK Jr. at the helm.

The DoJ said that Kristi Noem, DHS, was the one who made the decision to continue with the deportation flights of Venezuelan immigrants to El Salvador in March, despite a federal judge’s directive that the flights must be returned to the US.
