Tulane is up 12-0 on the back of four field goals on FIVE trips to the red zone.

And the turnover on downs? It was an attempted fake FG.

love a challenge trade.

Greg Newsome was going to leave in free agency and is coming off a rough 2024 season. I like Campbell better and he's under contract for another season

Sources: The Jaguars and Browns are making a trade.

It's CB Tyson Campbell to Cleveland for Greg Newsome II, who lands in Jax, per me and @tompelissero.bsky.social

Another day, another Cleveland trade.

literally beat a Patrick Mahomes in an MVP season then held a Sean McVay team to 3 points in the Super Bowl in year 44!
greggrosenthal.bsky.social
this is troubling on many fronts
greggrosenthal.bsky.social
fair! although i think he was out of ideas at the NFL level too

not quite ready to unveil my 'bring ageism back' take, but i think it's ok to point out someone's performance *could* decline once they pass 45 years in a given profession

"Belichick was always a fraud" is a ridiculous argument, go back and watch either Rams super bowl

he got old, he slowed down and couldn't keep up with the changing game anymore, and he lost his ability to evaluate talent
cptowers.bsky.social
Bill Belichick won 10 games with Matt Cassell and then made the playoffs with Mac Jones, so I don't think the UNC thing necessarily proves that he was always a fraud, like some folks are saying.

I think it proves he is *currently* a fraud, though.

If you had told me some of Week 6 residents of Quarterback Island before the season started, I would not have believed you.

Good to be back with the crew!

What a drive:

- Burn 43 seconds and a TO on two Trevor scrambles
- Gorgeous, world-class throw up the sideline
- Delay of game with a stopped clock
- PI at exactly the right time
- Trevor trips and scrambles for a TD anyway

We spent an entire segment on the Jaguars last week being the most Messy Fun team in the NFL

They've done us proud with this performance tonight

I believe the next two weeks will be the last two in history!

that reminded me so much of the James Harrison play from the Super Bowl right down to Lloyd just freestyling
greggrosenthal.bsky.social
Travis Hunter covering Travis Kelce is amazing I will not be taking any questions
greggrosenthal.bsky.social
rude. gotta save the juice for the playoffs!
greggrosenthal.bsky.social
yeah I think it had some interesting ideas that the casting choices couldn’t quite pull off
greggrosenthal.bsky.social
I should have made that clearer but yes. the movie seemed designed to make me feel like a unicorn
