Greg MacEachern breaks down the Conservatives' faltering opposition tactics: “They’re on small‑potatoes kind of stuff… ‘The job of the opposition party is to oppose.’ No—it really is to give an alternative and to say, ‘If we were in power, we’d be doing things differently.’”

This adorable retriever mix — this brave, good-natured glutton for love — entered our lives on the streets of Tbilisi, Georgia. We found him half dead from a broken hip and a mangled paw, but now look at him: full of life and ready to play at a moment's notice, still very much a pup at 2½ ... /1

The Conservatives went from measuring the drapes to hiding behind them.

An amazing compliment here… look at the lengths the Conservatives were prepared to go to to ensure that Mark Carney’s Budget passed.
“Conservative House leader Andrew Scheer and the party's caucus chair, Scott Reid, flew in at the last minute, saying they couldn't vote on the app and wanted to record their “nay” votes in person.

That's a bit unusual.”

The most aggravating thing about modern conservatives is their overwhelming cowardice -- rather than *own* their decisions, they lie about them relentlessly.

"Our app didn't work."

No one believes that, and journalists should pin Scheer down about that when he is next interviewed.

Imagine that? Funny how that worked out for them. The app didn't work for the house leader and caucus chair. Nothing to see here.😂
