"It has been ten minutes, you know?" Leo whispered to Doug.They have been apart for a month . Being in a place with weak signal didn't help too, only managing to talk with each other only momentarily. He can hide it but boy was it hard not to miss his little guy. As much as he wanted to keep his arms wrapped around his mate however, he knew that the shark has an important event to attend to. Occupying him any longer meant he'll miss it.

"Let go and I'll bite your neck off." Doug threatened. Of course, the shark knew that he has to be there when the local museum unveils the Wintermoon Nettle exhibit he worked on tirelessly to complete. He knew that painfully well. But, when your mate decided to go on a month-long rescue mission in one of the most dangerous waters known to man, you can't help but worry that he might not get back home, and by God worry is something he's great at. So, you can't really blame him when he threw himself at the guy the moment he step foot into their home and never letting go. If he can stop the world from spinning for the two of them he will do it in a heartbeat. Time can't be stopped though, there's no need to remind him.

"Oh? I'd like that~" quipped Leo suggestively, making sure his mate felt his warm breath against his ear. He finds it adorable whenever the seafoam shark tries to threaten him. Who'd have thought a shark can bark?

"Wh-!???" Doug stammered. The big fella always knows how to make him a blushing mess. He missed him so much. His warmth, his scent, his voice, he missed all of it and more. He never wished this moment to stop.

"Haha! Missed you too bud~" whispered Leo to his mate's ear.

𝘐 𝘤𝘢𝘯'𝘵 𝘭𝘦𝘵 𝘩𝘪𝘮 𝘮𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘰 𝘐 𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘴 𝘐'𝘭𝘭 𝘧𝘭𝘺 𝘩𝘪𝘮 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦. 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘴𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵? Leo thought amusingly. What the shark wants then the shark gets it.

Fulfilling the his mate's want, he kept embracing, giving the shark a hearty kisses on the forehead. He's now back home.
