Unfortunately I did not win the lottery so I had to wake up to find work this morning where I also did not win that lottery either. I feel jealous for people who have consistent work. I'm tired of working a job that doesn't guarantee work. I knew once the weather got better I would have a hard time

I got a summer camp paid internship in a different state with some pros and cons, they mislead the pay. I accepted the contract just in case nothing else better comes up. I did the math and it pays a little over 5 an hour. Long days and no screens. It would put my life on pause but I need the money

I updated my fursona colors by color matching my original design with my new monitor so now it should be more accurate to what I had in mind when first making myself. It took me a really long time but I'm satisfied with the results

I learned a few things moving again after renting a truck. Never move in the winter, never move into a HOA, never move somewhere without accessible parking, hire movers instead of doing it yourself. Return the rental furniture pads as well or get charged extra

had reported my landlord due to heating issues with 1 step out and after a maintenance person came in the landlord called me not 2 minutes later when i thought it was confidential to report

I've chosen the date that I will be renting a truck to move and store my personal belongings. I will be homeless with a few of my things but I won't be on the street because I have a small support network. I definitely feel like I'm at a crossroads in my life

Statistically shark furries are making disproportionately low wages because a lot of them happen to be lifeguards and lifeguards do not make a lot of money. They are also a seasonal position so we can imply that they are unemployed the majority of the year

Reflecting that I'll be spending the start of my 2026 homeless and housing insecure because I couldn't find employment and because someone in my life that that I should be able to trust has essentially abandoned me in my time of need. I should be more upset but I feel apathetic and tired
