So basically he went to jail and when he got out he turned the boys n grills into a horror attraction/resturaunt (called the slaughter house) because of his reputation. He became the mascot. He still kills people but only the bad people that happen to stumble into his mits (pesos, racist, ect) so yeah he's still a cannibal but like he would never put it in the resturaunts food.
