Got in a 5 mile warm & humid run this morning...great way to end the workweek. I normally run with a mesh safety vest but had to take it off and tuck it in the waistband of my leggings. So the world got to see a bit of back fat and stretch marks....cause, ya know, that's just damn sexy!
