Another hige blow to our ability to provide high quality primary care at my hospital (if you even can find a PCP). We can't get patients in to specialists in a safe/timely manner; now they are making it virtually impossible to ask them for clinical advice.

Why can no one find a PCP?

Instead of minimally supporting current primary care docs, many of whom are close to giving up completely, my hospital system, MGB, is planning providing primary care by nurses (without any doctors...) at CVS Minute Clinics.
