Today I am officially back into 34" waistband jeans, down from 38" 14 months ago. 21kg in weight lost. Bloody hell. Losing weight is expensive as it's 4 new pairs today from M&S!

#cfc observations: Epilogue: We, as usual, never do things easily. And yesterday was proof eternal of that. Hopefully our Lucky General LR learns that rotation can happen but to in a Maresca like big scale, 1..maybe 2 changes are all thats needed. Yesterdays finishing....

I fucking hate January. And February to be fair. Absolute 'nothing' months filled with lack of sunlight, daylight and packed with rain and shit. I must look at somewhere nicer to go for winter than staying at home.
