Went really hard on leg day, treadmill, stairmaster, squats, and all. My inner thigh’s are a lil chafed & my ass is sore but I caught a few people starin so it was worth it

My workplace looks down on the use of anything "recreational". And although I doubt they'd ever find my Twitter I figured it'd be better to adjust the caption and avoid the hassle later on.
